RoboHelp 10 (also 9, 8)
RoboHelp is one of the most senior help authoring tools, having first appeared in 1991. It's also an extremely powerful tool and still one of the most widely used.
Adobe has also made some major additions to version 10, focusing heavily on HTML5 output for mobile devices. This course doesn’t go into detail on the mobile features because many RoboHelp users aren’t going to mobile yet, but the course does review and demonstrate the mobile features. You can use RoboHelp without being formally trained on it. Many authors do. But without formal training, you may not understand why some things go wrong, or why you do the things you do (aside from the fact that your predecessor told you to). But if you understand how, and why, to use RoboHelp's features, you'll be able to use it more effectively and more efficiently, and you'll get to that point more quickly.
This three-day, hands-on course is aimed at authors who need to understand RoboHelp 10 from the basic level to some of the more advanced features, and quickly get up to speed on how to use them. There are no prerequisites.
